Course Description: As a nonprofit manager, you're carrying a heavy load on your shoulders. Managing employees, budgets, and programs may be weighing you down. Our NMCP program will help nonprofit employees develop leadership and supervisory skills. Through training sessions taught by experts in the field, participants will have an opportunity to apply and practice new skills as well as benefit from networking and confidential space to discuss issues and gain confidence. Each day-long session focuses on a different topic pertinent to management in the nonprofit sector. To establish a cohort with potential for networking and rapport-building, registration will be capped at 25 participants.
