| Carly Cowan is a passionate leader with a background in education, ministry and nonprofit work. She previously served as the Student Ministry Girls’ Associate at Henderson Hills Baptist Church, where she mentored students, trained volunteers, and built strong community connections. Her leadership helped create structured programs that fostered growth and engagement. In addition to ministry, Carly has been deeply involved in the nonprofit sector. As the Director of Communications & Marketing for YKNOT Missions, she has spent four years enhancing donor relations, managing social media and organizing fundraising events. Her ability to communicate vision and build engagement has strengthened the organization’s impact. With a Bachelor’s Degree in Secondary Education from Oklahoma State University and ongoing studies in Christian Leadership at Dallas Theological Seminary, Carly brings experience in teaching, coaching and administration. Whether in the classroom or in nonprofit leadership, she is dedicated to empowering others and fostering meaningful change. Carly enjoys spending time outside, going to concerts, hanging out with friends, playing pickleball and reading quality books. |
