OKCNP Lunch and Learn: Best Self or Stressed Self? Description Non-profit leaders are driven by purpose, but the demanding nature of the work often leads to burnout and stress. This session is designed to equip you with the essential tools and self-awareness needed to move from a reactive, stressed state to a proactive, intentional "Best Self." Participants will leave with an understanding of how they show up as leaders and a personal action commitment to immediately improve their energy levels, enabling them to lead their organizations with greater clarity and sustainability.

Sara Walker, Chief Operating Officer & Executive Advisor, Solomon Strategic Advisors Sara Walker has two decades of experience as a leadership advisor, known for her work facilitating team performance, organizational culture design and guided implementation of leadership development programs. With a focus on team dynamics and growth strategy, she helps organizations build alignment, resilience and clarity during times of transition. Sara holds a Bachelor’s in Business Administration from the University of Oklahoma and a Senior Professional in Human Resources (SPHR) Certificate.
