Youth Mental Health First Aid is a course designed to give members of the public key skills to help an adolescent who is developing a mental health or substance use challenge. It is an evidence-based training that teaches you how to identify, understand and respond to signs and symptoms of mental health and substance use challenges. Requires 2 hours of pre-work and a working microphone and webcam.
