To kickoff Women’s History Month, Potts Family Foundation, the Women’s Foundation of Oklahoma and United WE will sponsor a dinner and free screening of “Cow Heavy and Floral,” a narrative short film, directed by Richa Rudola, about a new mother reexamining her identity after giving birth and told through a split screen format.
